Italiante Farmhouse

This Italianate farmhouse is a new residence for a young family on an undeveloped site in Westchester County. It has been conceived of as having been added to continuously over several generations, with out buildings, a summer kitchen, and terraced porches.

Through the development of this house I have taken the project from early design development through construction documentation. Ground breaking is expected in April of 2018. I have been responsible for refining and coordinating all drawings, creating construction and interior details, communicating with consultants, and submitting for permits.
