Colonial Revival: Masterplan and Renovation

2016 Stanford White Award Winner

2016 | Hamady Architects | Greenwich, Connecticut

A Colonial Revival house in Greenwich was in need of renovation after several additions over the years. The new work was designed to extend the interior axes to the outside through the use of porches. The interior portion involved a new study, garage wing, kitchen, breakfast room, and family room.

My involvement in this project included developing and hand rendering a masterplan, developing the design through 3D modeling and hand sketching, and approximately 80% of the construction documentation. I also observed the construction phase of the project until I left Hamady Architects for a new opportunity.

In 2016 this house won a Stanford White Award.
